Male Allyship Training

WiNS, CSNOW, LIMES and ETH Diversity organize an evidence-based allyship training for men aiming to support women and non-binary people and actively advocate for gender equity at work.
Eugenia Bajet Mestre and Professor Jamie Gloor (University St. Gallen) have already given several male allyship workshops at the University of St Gallen and ETH Zurich. Since it has been so popular at ETH, another workshop is offered.
This interactive workshop will help you:
• Understand key Diversity & Inclusion facts and figures
• Recognize and address (often subtle) biases
• Navigate fears and responsibilities around allyship
• Practice real-world strategies to foster change
The training includes an education part, group discussions, and practical activities. Overall, we aim to foster a safer space for reflection and discussion.
The training is free.
