Last week, VAC and WiNS co-organized an event at ETH Hönggerberg featuring a talk by Quentin Delval, attended by over fifty participants! 
The presentation addressed accountability, listening practices, and structural factors influencing equality in academic and professional contexts. A moderated discussion and open Q&A followed, reflecting strong audience engagement and diverse perspectives. 
The evening concluded with an apéro that enabled further exchange and networking, fostering meaningful dialogue within the ETH community.
