WiNS was thrilled to welcome Prof. Nathalie Grob, Prof. Natalia Pikor, Prof. Wenchao Xu, and Prof. Athina Anastasaki for an inspiring open discussion on the journey to becoming a woman professor.
We explored essential topics like finding your research direction, navigating the balance between work and personal life, fostering a sense of belonging in academia, and the art of delivering impactful talks and teaching.
