The Society for Women in Natural Sciences at ETH
Shaping an inclusive and diverse community at ETH Zurich
On Tuesday the 11th, as part of the International Women’s Day program, we had the pleasure of hosting a talk by Virginia Franco, gynaecologist and founder of YONI solutions.
We could learn about the main factors contributing to vaginal microbiome wellbeing, got to know the “good guys” and “bad guys” in the vaginal flora, and had interesting discussions on the role of oral supplements in improving the intimate equilibrium.
We thank Virginia for this interesting talk about such an important aspect of women’s health, and a thank you also to our engaged audience and HAS for organizing the event with us. Big thanks also to our organizers Virginia Sinigiani and Élise Komarczuk (WiNS) as well as Nicola Realini and Ronja Rappold (HAS)!
