Male Allyship Training
May 14 - May 15

Want to be a better ally for women in academia?
Join WiNS for an evidence-based allyship training designed for men who want to actively support women and advocate for gender equity at work.
Led by Eugenia Bajet Maestre and Prof. Jamie Gloor, this interactive workshop will help you:
- Understand key Diversity & Inclusion facts and figures
- Recognize and address subtle biases
- Navigate fears and responsibilities around allyship
- Practice real-world strategies to foster change
Through discussions, hands-on activities, and expert insights, we’re creating a safe space for learning and action.
The training is free. By participating in the training you will also contribute to allyship research (i.e., the researchers will take notes during the training and will ask for 1-on-1 interviews with trainees) .
Time: Wednesday, 14th of May and Thursday, 15th of May (one day of your choice)
Location: ETH Hönggerberg (tba)
Target Audience: For PhD candidates, Postdocs & Professors who identify as men
